Help How To Re-Run Contact Merge From Initial Configuration?

Sorry if this is a horrible n00b question.

My wife has a ton of merged contacts that need to be linked. Rather than go through all the contacts one by one, is there a way to re-run the batch program that runs when you first set up your phone? the "Matched Contacts Suggestions" (or whatever they were called) that come up in the notifications? This would be easier than exporting to gmail or getting a new app wholesale.

There should be an app called "Setup" in your app drawer that takes you through the initial process of setting up all your accounts again. Give that a try, it may be what you're looking for.
