With the new OC kernels hitting the street and the various OC options like OC Widget, SetCPU etc..I thought I'd share one way to read your sleeping cpu freq to ensure your settings are what you think they are:
adb shell cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
or just cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq from within the shell.
adb shell cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
or just cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq from within the shell.
