Yes, you can. It's really simple job. Press on APPLICATIONS icon (which will lead you to the main meniu where all the stuff is. For example Camera, Gallery etc.) Now press the button on your phone which is on the left side, bottom. Dunno how is called... Now select EDIT and simple with your fingers move the icons where you want. (hold it for a bit and then drag to specific location)
Also, you can swap windows in the meniu. Just go there and do the same thing with fingers when you zoom out the picture. Whole the windows will be minimized and just swap them how you want.
