Help how to recover deleted files

Sir I am using Sony Ericsson xperia walkman wt19i phone. Yesterday I have downloaded 700 MB file from net and connected to Windows 8 PC and tried to transfer the file but accidentally I have deleted the file from Windows explorer.

Sir can you please suggest a procedure to get back my file.

If u've deleted the file from your harddisk then first check in recycle bin. If it is permanently deleted then go for a recovery software. A lot of recovery softwares are available for free in torrent. If u've deleted the file from ur memory card then connect ur phone and do the same.

Hi, you might dismount the memory card and put it in a card reader, attach it to a USB 2.0 plug in on your computer, the card should then show up as device like g:\ (or some other letter). After this you could use some software to scan and [recover deleted files from Sony.

The best way to recover deleted files from Sony android phone is to use android data recovery software, see this guide:

If files were stored on SD card, you can take out memory card and connect it to computer with card reader. If you are not sure what is sd card reader, see this wikipedia page
