Root How to reinstall Android?

Hi,
I have a problem: I wanted to remove some of those useless pre-installed apps, but I must have removed too many of them, and many problems emerged, so that for example I cannot send an SMS, Android Market doesn't work and so on...
How can I entirely reinstall Android on my phone?

You would need to run a software update/repair to reload the firmware:

Update service - Sony Smartphones (Global UK English)

or you can just flash it to stock rom
