How to reinstall tablet

Hi sreeshaji.
By reinstall do you mean a factory reset? Is the tablet working? Usually there is an option somewhere in the settings menu to perform a factory reset. If the device is not functioning, there may be another way, but I am not sure how.
I will ask mikedt to come take a look at your thread here. He is very knowledgeable with Chinese tablets.
In the mean time, can you post the manufacturer and model name for us? It will be helpful in finding out some more specific information for your tablet.

Is it like bricked and un-bootable? Is there anything on the tablet, packaging or the instructions to identify what you've actually got? - apart from "Made in China" that is. But often with these things, there is no way to re-install Android, because the manufacturers are unknown.
If you bought it recently, best bet might be to RMA it for refund or replacement.
