Root How to remove a custom kernal, and go to another one?

So right now I have installed the 2.2 kernal, by PG.. My phone cannot go passed 1.9Ghz (If I go to 2.0, it will reboot). So I just want to remove/uninstall the 2.2 one, and go back to the 1.8 kernal. How would I be able to do that?

Just download the 1.8 and flash it in cwr. No wipes needed.
