How To Remove Bixby voice input/typing in favor of traditional Google Voice typing

Phases

NO LONGER ADMIN
This may be posted already and if so, I apologize, but this was driving me nuts until I figured out how to remove Bixby - who just plain sucks for voice input - sorry Samsung. It took me a minute to figure it out and now it's like, "duh" but, for anyone else going bonkers with regards to this:

Settings -> General Management -> Language and input -> On screen Keyboard.

This where I was getting stuck trying to go into "Samsung voice input" to disable it and couldn't.

Well, the answer was right there under my nose.

Manage Keyboards -> Toggle off "Samsung voice input".

Voila! Life doesn't suck so bad now.

Yeah boss was a big ol’ Android Blog about it, but you're fashionably late to the party and, well, you're the boss so... :p

Disagree with you on bixby sucking though. This is my first Sammy device and i find the system to be 100% accurate. It IS a bite or two (yes i said bite) slower to “Wake up” over Alexa or goog, but once she wakes up, its game on. But as one can see, YMMV... :)

I'm fortunate not to have seen any press, bad or otherwise. It's just in the wrong physical place for me.

I like the way you have to use it as a walkie talkie, if anything about Samsung was in the wrong place it would be the on/off button, HTC put it on the top of the phone, much more better.

I've been using the method which I found through Google, which requires me to update Bixby and then just simply turn off the access to the button on the side.

But lately, it can be turned off and randomly Bixby starts again, asking me how they can help etc. I know I can't be the only person who has no use for Bixby. Is there not a way to delete it or turn it off permanently?

Thanks
