Root How to remove CM7

So yea the new CM7 mod doesn't tickle my fancy now and I can't seem to figue out how to remove it from my phone, any suggestion?

Can't you flash it back to stock with odin?

Yeah all you have to do is a wipe with Odin. That's what I did when I moved from CM7.

Hey, Guys i really really need to no how to remove cm7 off my huawei ascend metro pcs i've tried plenty of things and nothing seems like there the piece to my puzzle...if someone could show me how to remove cm7 that would be delightful
