If you've already followed instructions to uninstall the Tapjoy app from your device, there is no more action necessary.

I should explain that, in addition to Tapjoy.com, we also offer a library for developers to integrate an offer wall directly into their Android app. When this integration is used, neither a Tapjoy account, or the Tapjoy software is in use. It sounds to me like you've found that integration in your favorite app.
