How to restore data that was previously backed up?

I had automatic backup checked in before I reset my phone.

How do I restore it?

Edit: SD card photos/music still there, but I'm trying to get my contacts back.

Have you done you factory reset if so then then it should automatically happen as for your contatcs I think you might have to re sync... I'm sure this info is probably two days to late sorry and good luck...
