How to root motorola milestone x

I need help rooting a Motorola Milestone X running 2.3.5. It's the same phone as a Droid X. Just different name from the local carrier.

I know you say it's the same phone as the X but I have never worked on one myself so I can't verify that claim. Maybe someone else can. Just tread carefully till you know for sure.

I was able to root using the super1click method. However, I had to sbf back to the ntelos sbf 2.3.5 because the custom rom didnt work. Has anyone been able to load a custom rom for this version?
