How to root my cloudfone ice u8500(android 2.2.2)

Please help me guys on how to root my phone, i'd like to install applications with higher android version requirement, but because my android phone only has an android version of 2.2.2, i wasn't able to install those apps.

Just wanted to let you know that I've moved your thread to the Other Phones area since we don't seem to have a Cloudphone Ice area here at AF.

I saw an article that it's either another name for or exactly the same as the Huawei U8500 (which we also don't have an area for), but that might help you find a rooting solution for your device.

It's also entirely possible that one of the older root methods would work for your 2.2.2 device (Z4 Root, zergRush, SuperOneClick, GingerBreak, etc.). Note: I'm not endorsing any of these or suggesting that they will work, only that they may warrant more reading and research.
