Root How to Safely Remove a Theme?

Puddin422

Have a rom that actually works with my phone, so I decided to try a theme by the same developer. My phone doesn't seem to like the theme, so I'd like to remove it.

What is the proper way to do this?

I can only tell you how I do it....obviously if you didn't make a nandroid u can restore then I would just back up with titanium or whatevr and reflash rom and do a batch restore with titanium it worked for me Im running srf 1.1.1 and had the hr geiger theme and wanted to switch to the honeycomb explosion theme (very very very recommended by the way) ad that's how I went about returning to stock ROM settings

Umm..I'm not trying anything else with this phone. I have a "problem" phone. Like 5 "stable" roms to find one that doesn't disagree with my phone. I've only tried two themes. First one was reeeally bad. This one was by the same dev as this rom, but it just has some quirks that make me want to go back to the stock theme for the rom.

That said, I just downloaded a newer version of my rom, so I'm probably going to end up wiping everything anyway. :)

Yeah, I'm kind of ADD like that. Between the time I started the thread and when someone replied, I'd already gone another direction. LOL

Thank you for the video! I never got around to flashing the new rom, and since they finally announced my new phone last night, I decided to just remove the theme and wait for the new phone. :)
