Help How to save pictures

My mate sent me some pictures in an email but when I long press on the picture it only gives me the "Help or send feedbac" option...........where do I get the save to phone option

Tap the photo in Gmail (don't use 'long press'). Picture will open in the gallery. There, hit Menu and select Save. The picture will be stored in the 'download' folder on your internal storage.
