Root how to sbf?

So I jacked up the phone and the only solution I have been told is to sbf it and start over. So, how? After looking into I downloaded the file that I thought should do it, and loaded it on the flash card. Do i just go into clockwork recovery and select it, or what. I need to get this sucker running again soon.
 
you need to do it from a pc or a linux machine. follow this here. Search the forums for the RSD lite program with the patch.

edit: I couldn't make it any easier for you unless i did it myself. here is RSD
 
I love linux. The problem I usually have is that I only rarely do command line stuff so I am always rusty. The rootzwiki is a nice guide. Most linux guides out there assume an expert knowledge.

thats odd... I got mine from "the bomb" on rootzwiki and it worked for me
 
i need help with my phone..
i cant get sbf to work on my phone.
and i also cant get debugging while in pc mode... i want to downgrade and upgrade my phone again but i cant.

what should i do?
