How to send App from one phone to another?

I'm trying to send a couple of applications from my old Nexus S to my new SGN. Does anyone have a clue how to do this? I moved the Apps to my SD card but can't find them in any of my file explorers. Many thanks!

if you are trying to move the apps with data, both phones will need to be rooted. titanium backup from the market will then let you make full copies that can be transferred between the phones. as far as i know, there is no way to accomplish this on non-rooted devices.

I'm just trying to move the apps. The phone I'm sending from, the Nexus S, is rooted. I'm hoping I can just 'send' it, either via Bluetooth or email. I know I've been able to do this in the past I just don't remember how.
