Trying to figure out how to send video from my galaxy s4. It keeps saying file is to large, try using email and I get same message on that too. Is this possible to do, I could on old iPhone .

It depends on how large the video that you wish to send is. Texts have a limit of around 300kb. Emails usually have a limit, depending on the provider, of about 10MB. I find that when I wish to send large files, it is more convenient to use DropBox, free of charge, and upload the file to the cloud storage and then text or email the download link to the person.
