Help how to set LOW BATTERY percentage?

my captivate won't let me use camera or music player when the battery percentage is below 15%.
how do i get rid of this setting?

Good question, I don't think there is a way, but if there is, I would like to know also.

I emailed samsung about four days ago to see if this can be disabled. Still no response yet
