Help How to setup voice mail?

So my ? is, how do we set up our voice mail? When I push and hold 1, it wants me to enter a temporary password. Where do I get a temp password? Was it supposed to be given to me when I started my service? I assume that once I've entered the temp, it'll want me to enter a permanent one along with setting up my other voice mail options. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, for some reason, when I went back in (after the system kicked me off because I had input the wrong temp password a few times) later on, I got right in and set up my voice mail. My wife however is still having troubles. She's tried the last 4 of her number, my number, her ssn and my ssn and a few others. Are there any other ideas?

Well, for some reason today, when my wife tried it, it let her in without asking for a temp password (same thing happened to me last night). She now has her voice mail all set up with a permanent password. Heh, go figure.
