Help How to stop apps from running in the background?

I just started using Go TaskManager and I see some apps that are constantly running in the background. Some of which are the bloatware that came with the phone.

is there an way to stop them from running, I Kill them, but they keep starting up again, My memory usage is always around 80%

I have the Samsung Charge with Android 2.3.6 non-rooted

If you really want those apps gone, you gotta root and install a debloated ROM. TweakStock is fantastic, I highly recommend it.
