Help how to stop sign in pin?

I am now froyo and have pin in main screen. Using touchdown and calendar synch with exchange....any hope? dont like pin

Any chance you are rooted?

If not, try touchdown (from market). It will likely still require the pin, but only when entering the app instead of when waking the phone.

What if I am rooted, How do you turn it off? When I go into security->screen lock, the option for none and pattern are grayed out. If I go into Select Device Administrators and uncheck email, the next time my email syncs I get the policy notification.

If you are rooted and running a deodexed ROM, replace the email.apk with one that has the security disabled. I'll link you one if you want.
