Help How to stop vibration when battery is finished charging?

Oddly mine doesn't vibrate when the full charge notification pops up.

I don't charge my phone overnight. I usually start charging the phone a couple hours before I go to bed then unplug it. When I wake up it's generally around 93% charge.

PROBLEM SOLVED !
I saw this suggestion in another forum and it WORKS, so I'm passing it on !
Set the global notifications to SILENT.
Set the notification on Gmail to any ringtone, NOT DEFAULT.
Set the notification on messaging to any ringtone, NOT DEFAULT.

You'll still have a tone when you 1st plug the phone in to the charger, but NO tone when it's fully charged.

Having same problem on samsung epic 4g. Silent mode, set to never vibrate, etc. Nothing gets rid of the problem for me. Unbelievable. Running gingerbread, same issues on earlier OS versions. Does anyone of a tasker routine to fix this bug?

I just got a replacement phone for my Samsung galaxy s and it had the this issue, I mucked about for 5/10 mins and found how to switch off the vibration when the phone has finished charging.

Go to settings, then sound, scroll down to vibration intensity and select it, bring the vibration down and problem solved.

If vibration intensity is not highlighted, select haptic feedback which is the next one up and vibration intensity should light up. Let me know if it works people

Good luck!!!!!

I feel like this hasn't always been happening (or I don't sleep as soundly as I did). Anyway here's how I fixed it on my LG G4:
  • Set the notifications to 'do not disturb' scheduled for the duration of your sleep time
  • Select "Calls and Notifications" and set it to "none"
P.S. Every time I leave this page to check what the process is, it resets back to a blank "post reply" block. Very stupid!

Scratch that. My alarm didn't go off :(

In 6.0.1 (and probably earlier), you can switch off the 'charging sound' - search for charging in the settings or go to 'Sounds and Notifications -> Other Sounds'. This seems to switch off vibration as well for charging. This means you can leave vibrate on for (other) notifications.

You can also use the 'Do not disturb' schedule to switch off notifications for night time - but be aware that updates seem to re-enable this :( You can find this in 'Sounds and Notifications -> Do not Disturb -> Enables as Scheduled'. You can also check the Exceptions below (e.g. to allow Alarms).
