Help How to switch between apps in runtime?

I am a newbee for Android Phones - Samsung Galaxy Y

I want to know, how to switch between running apps in quickly ? [something like alt+tab in windows.. ]

Is there any option for that?

switch apps using task manager. hold center (hard) key for a few seconds to open it.
