Help How to switch off the additional app panel on Note 2?

Hey guys, I have this annoying app panel on Note 2 screen (round shape blue button) and if I click it it opens an additional app panel..
Does anyone know how to switch it off? It drives me nuts.

If you're talking about the side drawer just hold down the back key to toggle to show it or not.

That is the Multi-View app selection. You can drag any two of those apps onto the screen and see them both open at the same time. Also, the apps can be hidden and all you will see is the blue tab.

And, just like the previous poster noted, just hold the back button to toggle on and off.

In the pull down menu you can also switch it off completely so you don't accidentally turn it back on. I've double tapped the back button too quick a few times and toggled it on and off. That is, if you still have that button there.
