Help How to switch primary email

currently i have my primary email set to use google gmail app....if i goto a contact and created a email the google gmail app opens up a new email..i want the native email that came with android to open up when i compose email..how do i switch that thks

Menu- settings - applications - manage applications - running- find the gmail app and clear default.

Then when you go to create a new email from contacts it will come up with a list gmail, native and whatever else can send an email.
