Hi, searched in vain for answer on why my kies asked to update to a new version now i dont see a way to sync just new files?
I got into kies and i look up whats on the device and when downloading to my computer or syncing whatever you call it...it allows you to check any or all but in no way differentiates new from old?
it used to give me an option to download only new and even if i clicked to sync all it would give me a warning saying something like...."some of these are duplicate files do you want to do just new ones?" and i would say yes.
also....i have tabs at top to find files by date takent etc...but when i click on that option...now it just jumbles things at random...in other words the files dont organize by date taken they follow a pattern that makes no sense...so if by example i just used my phone to take a few pics..finding them means i must fumble thru looking thru all files to find them. If i deleted pictures off my phone each time after i synced them then it would be easy but i like to leave alot on my phone to show to friends and therefore i must keep some of them still on my phone..
