sorry if someone asked already, how to take screenshot? for my previous S2, it is power+home, but seems it wont work on note3. thanks.

Hold those buttons for a second or two until you hear the shutter sound. It's also one of the options in the Air Command menu, when you pull out the S Spen. Or, with the S Pen already out, click the button on it while it's close to the screen.

Also, you can swipe the screen from side to side with the side of your hand. Right to left and left to right, both work.

Edit, another choice...

Assistant Menu. SETTINGS > ACCESSIBILITY > ASSISTANT MENU
This puts a floating widget on the screen that you can customize with functions, one of which is Capture Screen.
