Help How to tell what is currently syncing?

Throughout the day my phone will be automatically syncing (curved arrow symbol) with a certain service. It takes a while and slows down my phone considerably during this. Is there a way to tell what service is currently syncing at a certain time?

Setting > Accounts & Sync

Should have a list under manage accounts. It'll show which ones are syncing.

I was referring to what is syncing at any given moment, but thank you for the reply

That's the only way to see. If you click on the service you would see if it's syncing or not by seeing the circle spinning.

No clue to what else you could be referring to...
