How to transfer messages from HTC Legend to HTC Desire HD

How can I transfer SMS, settings and installed software data from HTC Legend to HTC Desire HD.

You could try using the free app "Go SMS" (available in market) and going into the settings, backup/recovery, backing up on your HTC Legend and then recovering on the Desire HD?

This should work.

There's also SMS Backup and Restore. Save it to your SD card. Same goes with Call Backup and Restore, by the same developer. Works great.
