I just switched phone providers last minute and forgot to transfer my pictures from my Samsung Epic 4G to my laptop before it got disconnected. So how can I do this? I already tried plugging in the usb cord but it only recognizes it as a charger, no usb device found. And I can't download any apps since the phone is disconnected. Please help! All my pictures from my baby is on there so it's super important. Thanks in advance.
Edit: I got the phone to recognize the usb as a usb and it connected but it still won't recognize on my computer. I've tried another usb cord, a different PC, an sd card adaptor, I spoke with Samsung for an hour yesterday, and also spoke with one of my computer smart friends yesterday for 3 hours... nothing is working! What could be causing this issue and is there ANYTHING I can do to get my pictures off my old phone? Please and thanks.
