How to turn off the noise when entering text?

Anyone know how to shut that off while entering text?

Options > sounds & display> uncheck audible touch tones (I'd uncheck audible selection too, it's annoying)

Any way to replace that sound?

I wish you could keep it for the dailer but get rid of it elsewhere.
