Help How to turn screen back on using the volume buttons?

I remember seeing this once. My power button is getting quite the workout, so I was wondering what app I should download to get that lock icon, which will alow me to use the volume buttons instead...thanks!

I think its no lock.
Widget locker will also allow you to set any hardware key to wake. Also you can add widgets to the lock screen and custom sliders that allow you to swipe directly into an app. I have one set up to go right into my inbox when i swipe!
