Root How to un-root Droid 4 ?? PLEASE HELP!

I have a Droid 4 and it's rooted on ICS android 4.0.4, been rooted for a while. But I'm now having problems with my touch screen..I need to take it up to Verizon, maybe to get it fix or replace..I have warranty on this phone..Please help..I can't seem find a Un-root or file..please help me

do not flash razr firmware on the d4, you will hard brick you phone.
if you want to unroot, you can use the universal unroot app in play store
or flash the xml with rsd lite
or flash the xml with the droid 4 utility
