Root How to Uninstall Font App since the Phone got struck on boot.

Apparently very unlikely with an S-ON phone. You should always be able to get back to recovery and restore your nandroid backup if the worst comes to the worst.

Search on YouTube for some video guides - there are a few - to help familiarise yourself with the process and read this:[TUT][NOOBS] Step by Step guide to installing CM7 - xda-developers which is a bit more detailed than what I wrote above. Follow the steps precisely and you should be OK.

Thanks. I'll go on it.

Is there any drawback (on cm 7.2) for supporting apps, appearance or speed or anything in particular...?

It looks very different to the stock ROM, but it seems faster. You probably won't get YouTube working 'out of the box' so you'll probably have to flash the kernel mentioned in this post. Any app in the market will work same as on the stock ROM.

Get CM 7.2 and gapps working before you flash the new kernel, though, and do a nandroid backup before flashing anything else.

You're very welcome :)
Install link2sd as soon as you can - you'll need to partition the card before you can get it working - and you'll be able to install lots of apps without losing internal memory. There's a great tutorial on xda on how to prepare the card.
