Help how to unlock s4 mini I9195

Next week I will get a new handy a Samsung s4 mini I9195 locked Drei (3 Austria) I was searching online serveral times and found some tips that show how to enter a service menu but usuali "everybody" use the tips writeng s4 thae theay say olso mini but,as I supose u know there are several tyoe of s4 mini,I think change from country,nd expeciaaly I supose there must be a diffrent beetween s4 and s4 mini-Otherwise is thear somebody that was able to unlock s4 mini I9195?There is olso a apk program somebody know that is able to help me someway?Another thing...Just in case to help me unlocking it from Carrier can I flash anotherfirmware with ODIN ,I meane just in case I must downgrade to as example 4.1.1 (that version of firmware dose not exist for Austria) so,can I flash It?I meane if I unlockit i will louse garancy so that willl be the last of my problems and if will help flshing it i will do it,only thing I realy dont want to do is to bruck the handy that I have just bought .

Not sure why you are getting a locked S4 mini (I9195), just to unlock it. Why not buy an unlocked one to start with. The model you are getting is LTE (4G) and sure they may have different features on the phone from country to country but essentially they are the same phone worldwide.

Chances are that your new phone is going to have the latest firmware anyway which is 4.4.2 (KitKat) so again not sure why you would want to downgrade to a lesser version of firmware.
