Root How To Unroot Your Phone if Needed

you have to use root explorer or file explorer, but one question why would anyone delete something they are unsure of? I'm not pointing fingers or nothing just asking...

What do you mean by won't turn on at all-no lights at all display

it will turn on only if its on the charger . but even then its stuck in boot mode . ive done the hard reset , but its still stuck in the boot loop .

Do you know what sw version you are on? Zvb, ZVC, or zvd?
