Root how to unroot

I installed this root package a few months ago...

I need to return my phone so i need to go to the latest update from verizon. my question is how do i unroot without resetting the phone so when i get my new phone i can look at the settings from my old one. my understanding is that when you activate your new phone you can not install updates on the old one. Is that correct?

Just get your new phjone and then copy the stuff over you want to. And then unroot. Odin any official package that does not include root. Easiest way to do it is just use the Di01 and then send it back. Dont worry about putting all the upgrades on it before you send it back.

I need to unroot my phone to get a new one under warranty. I need to unroot it from the 2.2.2 update can anyone help??
