How to update to 3.3 on unlocked for T-Mobile?

I have an unlocked Active and using it on T-Mobile. Is there any way to update to 3.3? When I use the software update in the settings, it says it's up to date. I've also tried using Kies, that also says that it's up to date. Any other options or anything else I can try or am I just stuck with 4.2.2 since it's on T-Mobile?

I've rooted and used custom Rom's on my phones in the past, I just don't want to get in to that again and go through all the work, so I'm trying to just keep it stock this time.

What device do you have and what firmware u running . mf1 or what . the only way we can help is if you help us . helping us with what device you have and software you running

I have the SGH-I537 and the firmware is MF3

Now what you want to update to 4.2.2 is all that's out from kies are you rooted

I want to know if I will be able to update to 4.3 or if I'm stuck with 4.2. I'm not rooted, I'm hoping to be able to just stay stock this time.

No you wouldn't get T-Mobile update cause your phone is a at&t and your a T-Mobile unlocked free agent to roam

But why wouldn't that allow me to update through kies?

Your device is at&t you unlocked to T-Mobile and running on T-Mobile in order to get the update for your phone u will need to put back to at&t cause that is the original software that is on the device was made for at&t so at&t 4.3 will be needed T-Mobile may not have one yet.when I say put back I mean remove T-Mobile activities
