Root How to upgrade to JH7 with Odin3?

I had d/l this firmware in Zip form.

I tried using the Odin3 1.52 to flash into my phone / copied it into SD Card by using recovery mode to do it ... failed.

Can anyone tell me how to do this upgrade cos' I cannot using Kies to get any upgrade outside USA.

This is exactly what I did. Works perfectly. Make sure you're in TWlauncher when using Kies Mini. Good Luck!
