Help How to upgrade to new firmware ?

Do you mean basic updates from Samsung? or, are you looking for info regarding bigger releases from Android i.e. the release of Android 4.0?

If it's just basic info or indeed the Android 4.0 upgrade, your phone will tell you. Other than that you can go into 'About Phone' and do a manual search.

Settings -> About Phone -> Software Update.... you can check for auto update, wifi only or push message. or you can just tap on Update to locate latest update.

It's not the 4.0, so I wouldn't even bother with it. If it was a significant update, you'd see more than a couple threads about it.
