Help How to use GN in car?

I have a generic mount for my car that I used for the first time last night. Any help is appreciated.

1. Is there a favorite car dock simulator app?
2. Is there an easy way to make the Google Music screen stay on (without automatically turning off), at a low brightness level when I'm using it in the car?

There are a few Car Home apps, but I haven't played with them yet on the Nexus. As for leaving the screen on, I plug it into the car charger and I have it set to stay awake while charging so the screen never goes off unless I turn it off.

Not to go off topic, since this topic is related to my question about using GN in car, you would need a good mount as well.

i am looking into getting a car mount. I prefer the ones that plugs into car lighter cradle, i have one currently i used to use with my Droid, and its still good, going strong, but nexus does not fit in that one.

Any body tried Capdase car mounts?
Like this one, if it can fit the Samsung Note, i am sure Nexus will fit fine with a case as well.

Lock screen works great and car dashbord is also a great app to use when your phone is mountef

1) Vlingo : a free "new" app with a beta "car version" widget. personal assistant. When it's running, all you need to do is say the activating words, "Hey vlingo" and it activates. [I easily set mine to say, "What the **** do you want, asshole?"] Then you can ask anything. "Facebook status update : Vlingo is a cool app." It goes right to FB, types it, and then you simply touch a large button to send it. Or, say, "directions to Walmart." It goes right to google navigation and takes you to the nearest walmart. You can do so much, because this and the gnex is so integrated with google and your apps. You're listening to a song, wanna know who plays it, or anything else about it, or the lyrics, etc, say "Hey vlingo"..."open Shazam" [free app] ...it goes to Shazam, you touch any part of the screen, it tells you the song, artist, album, gives you a button to touch, and it plays the lyrics "fancy-karaoke style". Vlingo car can google, do calls, texts, and much much more.

2) Here's an 18 dollar vent mount I just ordered that I think will be great with the gnex...
Amazon.com: USA Gear In-Car Auto Air Vent Mount for HTC , Motorola , Samsung and More - 360 Degree Swivel Head **Includes Micro-USB Phone Charge Cable**: Cell Phones & Accessories

idk about the g music thing yet....

One of the reviews for that App states that it doesn't work for the Galaxy Nexus. Is this correct? Are you using it with the GN?

Thanks.

It does need an update because sometimes you have to go in the app (keep screen)and start it for it to work. I'm sure that will be addressed soon.
