Help How to view battery usage details?

Howdy all, have searched on here and didn't find an answer. This is my first time running ICS on any device so perhaps I am doing something wrong. On Gingerbread, Froyo, and Eclair, I could go to Settings and find a graph that showed the % charge of the battery over time. Tapping on the chart would bring up graphs that would show at what point GPS was being used, when the phone was awake, screen on, etc. Tapping on this chart on my Motion does nothing. Now, I could swear I've seen those details before, I think by waiting til I get a 15% Battery Remaining warning and then tapping the Show Battery Use button on the warning message. How can I see these details whenever I want?

Also... just out of curiosity... the buttons at the top of the notification pulldown for Wifi, GPS, etc. Are those stock Android or is that an LG thing? Just wondering because I love having them.

Those are quick settings basically every android has some form of quick settings maybe more button options maybe less or just a different color scheme

Settings -> Power Saver -> Battery Use

Right on, I get to here and see the battery usage for each major category like Screen, Android OS, Cell Standby, etc. I scroll to the bottom of this screen and see the battery percentage chart, the line graph thing. Now it used to be that on every other phone I've had, clicking on this line graph would show more details underneath it, such as GPS On, Signal Strength, etc...

See where it says Phone Signal, Awake, etc? I'm trying to get there on my Motion,

Device is rooted, and I have removed most of the bloat from it if it matters, although I would think that if I removed something for the battery settings that none of it would work!

Yup, that's it. I can only get to that if I wait for the Low Battery warning at 15% battery remaining. when the warning pops up, I can hit the "Battery Use" button that shows up under it, and see that screen.

Clicking on the graph any other time does nothing.

I wonder if I deleted or changed something I might need??
