How to view pictures and videos

I am new to the Galaxy's camera functions.

1) Before I take any pics, do I need to format the SD card (which comes with the phone)

2) How to I view the pictures and videos taken with the camera?? Do they all stored in the gallery folder?

3) How can I transfer them to my PC? If I plug the phone into my PC, how can I access the "folder" where the pics are stored??

Most sd cards come pre formatted. However, if you have nothing at all written to your sd card.. I'd suggest formating it.. why not be safe.

Your pictures will be stored in a default folder. Your oem app to view your pictures will look to that folder for pictures.

When you connect your device to your pc via usb it should show up as a removable drive/drives. Simply use your pc local browser to peruse your device until you find your pictures. They can then be copied or moved as any file.. from one folder to another.. from phone to pc.. from pc to phone.

in the SD card you have folder named DCIM, in this folder you can find your pictures and movies.
