(re)Boot into recovery (hold volume down while pressing power to start phone)
Use the volume buttons to scroll up and down and power to select.
Select "wipe data/factory rest"
Select "Yes -- delete all user data"

Then select "wipe cache partition"
Select "Yes -- delete all user data"

Select "go back"
Flash your rom and reboot.
