Can't connect means what happens after connecting your phone to PC using USB??

its charging but it cant connect to pc . it said cant recognized , the os of my computer is windows xp .

Just go to applications section in settings.
Then go to development section and tick USB debugging.
If it is already ticked then untick it and again tick it then try.
Note: you must connect ur phone to PC first using USB first while doing this.

Strange!!!
I think windows XP don't have its drivers.
Why don't you try windows 7?
Or wait for other members, they can help u because I don't own the phone.

Download KIES and drivers for your phone..
plus, when you plug in the phone try tapping the USB notification in notification pannel and connect storage to usb.
