How do I download my pictures from my Samsung Galaxy S2 to my Mac without being able to see the screen?

This is a rather odd question. Could you give more information? Which screen?
I'm guessing the screen might be broken...
Hopefully, if you connect it to a PC via a USB cable, you'll be able to already transfer files off of your device's external storage without having to prompt / confirm it via the touch screen.
If you've got USB debugging enable (most people don't, unfortunately), you'd be able to use adb to pull files off of your device.
