A bit of a cell phone techie here. More an I.T. guy, but I worked in Sprint's Vision tech support some years back, and then US Cellular's data support team for a couple of years.
Now I'm back to a "pure" I.T. job, running an HTC Aria via AT&T, and hoping to gather up the courage to hack it a bit.
