Hows does an app recognize my phone?

If I install an app and create an account, and then uninstall the app, and so happen to reinstall it, the app remembers all my information. What about my phone, like a specific id, does the app remeber? And if possible how to change it or something to that effect. Sorry if you got lost.

Your account remembers your apps.

I have three different Android phones. With the download at a new phone, no app remembers of settings of the other phones.

New phone = new app settings :)

Cool, thanks, now would you happen to know how to make my account (im guessing my vzw account) forget this app so I would beable to create a new log in for these apps?

I think, I got lost:)

You speak of an account in an app, not of your Google account?

I would say, if you uninstall an app (like an encryption app), the app account should be deleted.

The account that remembers your participation with any app is a reference to the Android App Market. Remember, you have to have a membership in order to download apps to your phone. Account settings can be managed through the Android Market admin. Select Help in the Android app and then Contact Us.

Applications leave local data stored on your phone even when they're uninstalled. In addition to the Market remembering that you had that app, the app, when you reinstall, looks to see if it's local settings files are still there. In your case they are.

Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Select that app from the list. Click "Clear data". That should make it forget everything it knows about you.

Depends on the app. Not all apps are identical.

Unless it's a VZW app that uses your VZW account your VZW account has nothing to do with your apps.

Try clearing data for the app as suggested above.
