Hi;
I don't know if this helps but here's what I get with fastboot getvar:
C:\android>fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.01.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.12.50.0115
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
(bootloader) imei: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(bootloader) product: k2_cl
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8930
(bootloader) modelid: PL8011000
(bootloader) cidnum: SPCS_003
(bootloader) battery-status: low
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3142mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
getvar:all FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))
How do I tell? It states unlocked but is that referring to the phone?

Does anybody have a copy of the Boost specific ClockworkMod recovery? Everywhere I have tried to get it, it's removed... I just got this phone and didn't need to root it until now. Can't even extract music files without root... bust! Thanks for the help guys.
Former ZTE Warp user.
Does this method work for those with the 4.2.2 OTA?
